A simple definition of leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal.
The objective of the Lumsden Leadership Academy is to identify and foster emerging leaders within Northern and encourage leaders to reach their potential while making the connection between professional and individual contributions within the greater organizational mission.
