Meet your Gastro provider! Bryn A. Anderson, PA- Meet your Gastro provider!

Bryn A. Anderson, PA-C, has been with the Northern Gastroenterology team for three years.

Bryn says, “My goal is to develop treatment plans that will meet each patient’s needs and level of comfort, as well as improve their quality of life while achieving the best possible clinical outcome.”

During colorectal cancer awareness month, she wants you to know that "Colorectal cancer is actually quite preventable through doing colonoscopy screenings. Some studies suggest that the number of colorectal cancer cases would decrease by 50-90% if everyone received the suggested screenings."

She understands the hesitation a patient may have about a colonoscopy, but "Our job is to give patients all the information, the risks and benefits of doing [a screening] and the risks and benefits of not, and help them make an educated decision for themselves," said Anderson.

If you are in need of a colonoscopy or other gastroenterology services, call (336) 786-6277 to schedule an appointment with Bryn, or visit choosenorthern.org/gastroenterology to learn more.
