forms or social media sites, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube,
are welcome and encouraged. We look forward to hearing from you. We ask that you
be courteous and avoid comments that are profane, obscene, offensive, sexually
explicit, inappropriate, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Users should show mutual respect for the opinions of others and be at least 18 years
old to post any content on any NRH social media site.
By posting on NRH site, you assume all responsibility related to the security, privacy,
and confidentiality risks inherent in sending any content over the Internet.
By posting a comment or other material to NRH sponsored sites as outlined above,
you give NRH the irrevocable right and license to exercise all copyright, publicity,
and moral rights with respect to any content you provide, which includes using your
submission for any purpose in any form and on any media. This includes, but is not
limited to, displaying, modifying, reproducing, distributing, creating other works
from, and publishing your submission. NRH reserves the right to review all
comments before they are posted and to edit them as NRH in its sole discretion deems
appropriate or reject or remove comments for any reason. In addition, NRH may ban
users as deemed appropriate.
NRH will not respond to every posting, especially those that address individual
medical issues.
In posting material on NRH sponsored site, the following posting is prohibited:

officers, employees, successors and assigns against any damages, losses, liabilities,
judgments, causes of action, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees
and costs) arising out of any claim by a third-party relating to any material you have
posted. Any claim or dispute relating to your posting of any content on a NRH site
will be construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina and agree to be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local, state, or federal courts located in
North Carolina.
By posting a comment or material of any kind on a NRH sponsored site, NRH’s
social media sites has the same effect as if you had actually physically signed an
agreement.
