Northern Regional Hospital Named Best Places to Work for Fourth Consecutive Year by the Triad Business Journal

The Triad Business Journal announced that Northern Regional Hospital has been selected as a Best Place to Work for the fourth consecutive year at an event held on May 23 in Winston-Salem. This accolade highlights the hospital’s unwavering commitment to fostering a workplace culture centered around people, purpose, and passion. 

The Triad Business Journal’s Best Places to Work program is renowned for recognizing organizations that prioritize employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being as fundamental elements of their success.

In 2020, Northern Regional Hospital established a leadership academy aimed at nurturing and developing the next generation of healthcare leaders.
