The Northern Hospitalists team at Northern Regional Hospital is recruiting a Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Hospitalist who is trained in Internal Medicine. The group provides adult care throughout acute care units to include a 10-bed ICU unit, 12-bed Step Down unit, a 24-bed Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit, and 18-bed Medical Surgical Unit. Procedures are not required, as the Emergency Department Providers, as well as an Intensivist assist as needed. The hospital is located within 40 miles of two tertiary care facilities for trauma and critical care. With a supportive hospital administration, excellent case management staff, and a highly competent Emergency Physician group, the hospitalist would have the opportunity to truly focus on excellent patient care. We offer a competitive salary with top-of-line benefits. There is a flexible schedule working 12-hour shifts, 7 days on/7 days off. At least three years’ experience preferred, but will consider new graduates.
