Medicaid is transitioning to Medicaid Managed Care. The state has selected five new health plans, but they are not all the same. Northern Regional Hospital and Northern Medical Group, along with their employed physicians, do not participate with all of the plans.
Our hospital and clinics are in-network with:
- AmeriHealth Caritas www.amerihealthcaritasnc.com
- Healthy Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC) www.healthybluenc.com
Take action today or you may not have access to your local providers. If you do not actively enroll, the state will auto enroll you and you may not be in an in-network plan.
You can enroll three different ways:
- Visit: ncmedicaidplans.gov
- Download App: Search for NC Medicaid Managed Care in Google Play or the App Store
- Call 833-970-5500 to speak with an enrollment specialist 7am-8pm, 7 days a week during the enrollment period
