Fraud
Fraud reports related to embezzlement, fraudulent reporting or accounting issues, auditing violations, and irregularities of billing or financial practices.
Compliance & Ethics
Compliance and Ethics reports related to compliance and regulation violations, code of ethics violations, conflicts of interest, waste and abuse of company resources, and other violations such as breaches of patient privacy that are against policy.
Human Resources
Human Resources reports related to employee relations, abuse of benefits, discrimination, and harassment and work environment.
